How do I track my order?
When your items ship,we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.
What if I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation?
You can find your order status on our website.Just click the login icon in the upper righthand corner of the
site,and select Sign In.You can then sign in to your account to view your Order History.Search for your
current order and you’ll see tracking information there.
How do I change my shipping address?
Once your order is placed,our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately,because of this,there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once
they’re submitted.
You will need to reach out to UPS,FedEx or USPS directly.The first step is to wait until your tracking
number is active (usually 24 hours from shipping notification).
Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately,because of this,there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once
they’re submitted.
However,we are happy to offer free return shipping.Once the order arrives,just set up a return and get a
shipping label (see link below),and we’ll take care of it for you.
Please Note:
KEEN offers free return shipping for all orders within the lower 48 states.We will give you a free return label that will be good for 30
days from your order date.
For orders shipped to any outlying regions such as Alaska,American Samoa,Guam,Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Virgin Islands and
APO/PO/DPO you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

If you are looking to see if a specific style is available at a store near you we recommend utilizing our Store. Please note any access we have to what inventory
our retail partners are carrying is managed and updated by them.We always recommend calling to confirm
before making a trip to ensure the information we are relaying is accurate.
What are the shipping timelines?
Our shipping time-frame is 3-7 business days for our Standard shipping.Our distribution center is located
in Kentucky,so ground shipping ranges from 3-4 business days in Central and Eastern states,and up to 7
business days in the Western US.P.O.Box and outlying areas:Alaska,American Samoa,Guam,Hawaii,
Puerto Rico,and Virgin Islands up to 12-14 business days.Business days are Monday-Friday,except major
holidays.
The first business day will be the day AFTER the order is placed,no matter the shipping option.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately,at this time we do not ship outside of the United States.However,we do partner
with international dealers that may be able to assist further in finding our product locally.
What are shipping restrictions?
Orders are shipped on business days only.Business days are Monday-Friday,excluding federal holidays.
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
-USPS is the available shipping method for PO box,APO,DPO,FPO,Puerto Rico and Guam addresses.
Currently,we are not able to ship to locations outside of the United States.
-For items purchased with a credit card,you will not be billed until the items have shipped.For items
purchased with a debit or bank card,there may be a hold or authorization placed on your card upon order
confirmation.
